We are writing to recommend the services of the Maurice Trapp Group and in particular, Andrew Lacey and Shari French. Andrew Lacey has been our insurance broker for the last six years and in that time we have found his knowledge and skills to be a very valuable asset.

When preparing our life cover, it was Andrew who recommended trauma cover for both of us. Thankfully we listened and added it to our policy, as my wife suffered a heart attack two years ago. Following the heart attack through the Maurice Trapp Group we laid a claim with our insurer.

To our astonishment this claim was rejected. What followed was two years of hard work by the group and in particular Shari French. It was only through Shari’s knowledge, diligence, attention to detail and incredible hard work that the insurer paid the claim.

The lesson we learnt was that it’s so important to get great advice in the first place, but also to have a team of true professionals backing you up if anything goes wrong. We are totally convinced that without this group of people working on this case for two years, we would not have had a successful outcome.
